Welcome to LUANNE E ANILE. By accessing our website, browsing our offerings, or purchasing our artisan breads and pastries, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We believe in clarity and want to ensure you have the best experience with our handcrafted goods. This document outlines the terms of service for using our website and purchasing our products, including our policies on orders, payments, cancellations, and subscriptions.
1. Ordering and Payment
We pride ourselves on our small-batch, naturally leavened creations, requiring careful planning and fermentation. To place an order for our rustic loaves or small-batch pastries, please email us directly at dmegl@hotmail.com or call us at +1 (304) 919-8134. We will confirm your order via email, including pickup details and total cost.
All payments are securely processed and are due in full at the time of order placement for custom items or upfront for subscription services. For individual bread and pastry orders, payment can be made upon pickup. We accept major credit cards and cash.
2. Pickup, Cancellation, and Refunds
2.1 Pickup Policy
All orders are available for pickup at our Weirton location: 468 LAURELWOOD PL, WEIRTON, WV 26062. Specific pickup windows will be communicated upon order confirmation. Due to the fresh nature of our products, orders not picked up within the specified window will be held for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee freshness and the order may be forfeited without a refund.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. For standard orders, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to be eligible for a full refund or credit for a future order. Custom orders, due to their specialized nature, are non-cancellable once preparation has begun, typically 72 hours before the scheduled pickup.
2.3 Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our naturally leavened breads and small-batch pastries, we generally do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is paramount. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup by emailing dmegl@hotmail.com with details and a photograph of the product. We will review each case individually and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a credit for a future purchase.
3. Bread Subscription Terms
Our bread subscription service offers regular deliveries of our artisan bread, bringing the joy of real bread directly to you. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring cycle (e.g., monthly) as chosen at signup. You will receive an email notification before each billing cycle.
3.1 Pausing or Changing Your Subscription
You may pause or modify your subscription details (e.g., bread type, frequency) at any time by contacting us via email at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date. This ensures we can adjust our baking schedule accordingly.
3.2 Subscription Cancellation Policy
To cancel your bread subscription, please provide written notice via email at dmegl@hotmail.com at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after this period will take effect for the subsequent billing cycle.
