Our Baker's Journey

My love for baking started in my home kitchen, a place of comfort and creativity. What began as a simple joy of feeding my family soon blossomed into a profound fascination with the ancient art of bread making. I discovered the magic of sourdough – the living, breathing starter, the slow fermentation process that unlocks incredible flavors and textures, and the wholesome goodness it brings.

The decision to turn this passion into LUANNE E ANILE, a micro bakery right here in Weirton, was a natural progression. It was born from a desire to share authentic, slow-fermented bread and artisanal pastries with my neighbors and friends.
